I'm seeing big waits while starcraft2
is trying to update.  The last lines on the screen after
each wait are

fixme:wininet:InternetSetOptionW INTERNET_OPTION_SEND/RECEIVE_TIMEOUT 10000     
fixme:wininet:InternetSetOptionW Option INTERNET_OPTION_CONNECT_TIMEOUT

http error code = 404

Not sure what's going on.  I haven't compared with real windows yet, either.
