regressing again in 1.1.43 ?

Maybe I did something wrong, but since 1.1.43 (fixing motocross madness texture
bug) I get the error message back again (see attachment)

Yet I am surprised as bug 22070 as been closed after successful testing with
the latest wine : they couldn't have checked for corrected textures if the game
couldn't launch...

So either I did something wrong (any tips ?) than please forgive this comment
and close the matter or something has been added later, preventing (again) the
game from launching
