Summary: System-wide installation of Windows applications
           Product: Wine
           Version: 1.1.42
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P2
         Component: -unknown
        AssignedTo: wine-bugs at winehq.org
        ReportedBy: Eldmannen+wine at gmail.com

When I install an software application it gets installed into home directory,
and is only available to me.

Example, I installed Spotify, and now it is only available to my user.
Many people use this computer, and it would be good if they could use Spotify
too, instead of having to install it themselves for each account.
