I think you right. That commit:
rpcrt4: Handle NULL pclsid in NdrDllRegisterProxy and NdrDllUnregisterProxy.

And the crash happens with:
=>0 0x7e9ac2a7 NdrDllRegisterProxy+0x27(hDll=0x35800000,
pProxyFileList=0x358e7594, pclsid=(nil))
