I reccomend emailing roblox (info at roblox.com) and telling them the error that
you posted below except for the wine part just the 
"An error occurred while starting Roblox
Details: Error starting RobloxApp(13): Unknown error 0x800703E6" Part. They may
have a manual of error codes and this could get you closer to a resolution.
