IWineD3DDeviceImpl_SetStreamSource GDB backtrace


I hadn't tested in a couple days, today I did a git pull and rebuilt.  On one
of my test runs I see this crash in GDB instead of the usual list_remove one: 


Is it a clue or just a red herring?  It happened at the same spot/time I
usually see the rtlallocateheap crash, and I do still see that rtlallocateheap
crash in this build -- thought I'd post this anyway in case it turns out to be
