type appdb.winehq.org, then click bugzilla

This can be reproduced without the T-Online Browser:
- copy native shdocvw, browseui and browselc to system32
- register native browseui:
  WINEDLLOVERRIDES=browseui=n wine regsvr32 browseui.dll

WINEDLLOVERRIDES=browseui,shdocvw=n wine iexplore www.winehq.org
=> "http://www.winehq.org" is opened, the Address is correct

Type "appdb.winehq.org"
=> "http://appdb.winehq.org" is opened, the Address is still "appdb.winehq.org"

Select "Bugzilla" in the WineHQ Menu.
=> "http://bugs.winehq.org" is opened, the Address is still "appdb.winehq.org"
