MS winmm & mmsystem dll test

err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0x692448b0 "winmm.c: WINMM_cs"
wait timed out in thread 0187, blocked by 0019, retrying (60 sec)

Following the error that pointed to Wine's implementation of winmm.dll, I
installed a Microsoft version of winmm.dll and a dependent Microsoft version of
mmsystem.dll, from a Microsoft Windows Millenium Edition instillation. The
crash no longer occurs! But now the sound is gone and some program functions
don't work properly (this should probably be ignored as I don't intend to keep
using the Windows dlls). The fixme errors:

fixme:wave:wodPlayer_Reset shouldn't have headers left

no longer occur either.
