Counter-Strike 1.6 crash

Counter-Strike 1.6 loads and you see the standard 1.6 background of CS. But the
menu is not loading most of the times and sometimes when it does load there are
only 2 menu items then crashes. One time Counter-Strike did fully load then I
goto Options and it crashed.

When it crashes Wine comes with the popup it crashed. 

The log file is from Steam from the moment I started Counter-Strike.

I started with:

WINEDEBUG=all && wine "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steam.exe"
