Resuming:
For installing the portuguese version of gothic 2 3 cds
Copy  Gothic2-Setup.exe to a hard drive dir,
copy from cd 2 Gothic2-Setup.W02 to the dir
copy from cd 3 Gothic2-Setup.W03 to the dir

Change the bat file above to remove the error checks and the extended execution
mode at the command extensions check (that don't work on wine)

Change the paths where it searches for those files on the cd to search on the
current dir (".").

There - i don't think a virtual machine is needed.
