Test case patch

Thanks for the certs.  I converted them to a test case to show that crypt32 is
doing the correct thing:  vmhost7.sze.hu should fail to validate against a cert
issued to localhost.localdomain.  The test passes winetestbot (excepting
unrelated test failures on Win98.)  That doesn't mean there isn't a Wine bug,
it just means that the bug is elsewhere.
