Hello,

adding keyword and download.
You can probably do a shorter test by copying the EULA RTF file which is
displayed for your locale (eula.1049.rtf ?) from temp folder (c:\<some_id>)
while the installer is running to safe location and use Wine's wordpad on it.
It should exhibit the same behaviour.

The RTF file fonttbl and encodings of first "garbage" characters would be
interesting.
Also +font log when displaying the file in wordpad.
