[Bug 16935] BCG Slider thumb doesnt display correctly

Doesn't seem to have a bundled exe. After I install, it asks me where Visual
Studio is installed. Looking at the sample directory, it has a vs project file
to build slider, but no prebuilt exe...

As a workaround, I tried `winemaker . && make` in that directory, but it failed
(may be easy to fix, I didn't try).

Please retest in 1.1.30 or newer wine.
