confirmed using wine 1.3
the login window launches but when trying to create a new account, the
application shows an error message with "Server not responding, please check
your internet connection"

on the console the following error appears:
fixme:ras:RasEnumConnectionsW(0x3beffe8,0x519e05c,0x519e058),stub!
fixme:ras:RasEnumConnectionsW RAS support is not implemented! Configure program
to use LAN connection/winsock instead!
