that downloaders/installer works fine here with the workarounds from bug 22152
(GC_DONT_GC=1), bug 24019 (FormatMessage doesn't have a message for
WSAECONNREFUSED) and bug 24020 (vcrun2008).

$ GC_DONT_GC=1 wine ./WonderKing_080510_Downloader.exe

That WonderKing game installer is downloaded using Pando Media Booster and
installs successfully afterwards.

So this is a dupe of one of these bugs.
