crashlog for wine-1.3.0

OBSE was working perfectly for me in previous versions of wine.  But now with
wine-1.3.0 I consistently get page faults.  Like the original poster reports,
Oblivion loads successfully after the "crash", but without OBSE.  This is
actually the first time that Oblivion has loaded for me after an obse_loader
crash.  In previous wine versions (before it started working consistently, back
when it used to work randomly) Oblivion would not start if I got an initial
crash.
