It seems the registry keys are not need anymore. Maybe it was just a messed up
installation. They were correctly created the last time I tried to install LoL.
The launcher crashes when it can not load the COM class, so the missing keys
had the same effect as the real problem that Wine does not support loading COM
classes in surrogate servers.
