Game Explorer Manager has very similiar problem.

err:ole:CoGetClassObject class {dc1c5a9c-e88a-4dde-a5a1-60f82a20aef7} not
registered
err:ole:CoGetClassObject no class object {dc1c5a9c-e88a-4dde-a5a1-60f82a20aef7}
could be created for context 0x1

This happens when you click on the open button for application and the icon.
