@Andrew Nguyen   Some people like me are using old and LTS versions of ubuntu
systems, where the 64bits mpg123 have wrong functions prototypes. I dont think
wine needs to fix something, but maybe it will be good to keep this bug report
another ubuntu release open because old systems users are still moving.

I marked myself a bug duplicated of this. No actual version of wine from git
compile on my system without tweaking, and that avoid me to make successful
regresions test. Maybe new bug reports will be opened for those with old
systems if this bug is closed (or maybe not).

I just wanted to point that
