[Bug 16048] crash with "rose online"

Ran using Wine 1.3.1 a crash seems to happen due to a missing piece called
"Mono" according to my log file. This is the error that is in the log:


wine: Install the Windows version of Mono to run .NET executables


I have also attached a log.
