backtrace log (native devenum and quartz)

This is the log when the game crashes after overriding devenum.dll and
quartz.dll.

My next attempt was placing a native dxdiagn.dll into ../system32 and
overriding. Now a different message box shown first, stating: 'ERROR: you must
update your graphics card drivers to run Ground Control II'. Afterwards the
usual 'BoooooM...' dialog is shown and the game quits as before.

Maybe I'm on the wrong track but I guess the game does some directx tests first
and the result leads to the crash.
