When trying to do the second part of the install, after a few minutes it
freezes. I have left it overnight and no change. (wine 1.3.9) Terminal output
is attached.  

Not knowing what was freezing, I tried 

WINEDEBUG=+all wine Update.exe 30gAutoUpdate.lbxupd

After 10 or 15 minutes, up pops a "Program Error" box saying "The program
Update.exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to close. ..." (This box
does not pop up unless using WINEDEBUG) 

Of course this doesn't really tell anybody about where the issue is. Can anyone
shed light on where things are stalling, or give me directions on what I might
do to help identify them?
