Well if it doesn't work on 64 bit, it's still a bug.
I tried changing my time zone, and it didn't help, so it's probably related to
wow64 and memory addresses (notice the "Invalid address" line).  

I tried to force the prefix to be 32bit prefix, using WINEARCH=win32 (and a
new, clean prefix)... and it also didn't work. lots of ole errors in the
terminal, and an InstallShield error at the end "1608: Unable to create
InstallDriver instance, Return Code: -2147221163". Full output attached
(although i think that this might be in a different bug).
