Absolutely !
I tested with wine-1.3.9:

$ wine Eurodico.exe 
wine: Unhandled page fault on read access to 0xffffffff at address

Win16Mutex" wait timed out in thread 001c, blocked by 001d, retrying (60 sec)

Nothing has change during the past 2 years...
Is there anything I can do to help to resolve this bug ?
