your change is mainly because jack server only support FLOAT when mixing

The major problem of your patch is removing those 8bits/16bits mixing for
winealsa.drv and wineoss.drv and change the default sample rate to 48000 since
most dsound or ds3d application use 11025Hz, 22050Hz and 44100Hz
