Yes. The DragonBar's buttons don't display correctly without it. It's entirely
a cosmetic addition. Sometimes I run it with gdiplus, sometimes without. Not
having native gdiplus I think is the cause of a couple of the error messages
noted by Sunfish, but the error messages do not affect the running of the
program, just the look.
