[Bug 16295] Cannot run Win16 installer for Judaic Classics

Well, I just tried running the installer once again, and it still fails.

[user at localhost djc-setup-all]$ wine installa.exe

SO YES, this issue is still unsolved. That is sad, because while this is
already an ageing piece of software, it offers certain things no found in the
competition, and wine is, after all, much better poised tan Windows, to
maintain compatibility with older versions. Long live OSS!
