[Bug 25616] Comet Busters: Error displays indicating Wine cannot continue

As a test, I installed Comet Busters on an old PC that is running Windows 3.1. 
It installed and runs properly on this PC.  When I reviewed the file system,
the midi handling appears to be handled by midimap.drv (there is no midimap.dll
on this system).  So it appears that some type of configuration change needs to
be made to point this native midi control to this file instead of using
midimap.dll.  I am attaching the system.ini file from the Windows 3.1 PC.  If
anyone can advise how to configure Wine to use the midimap.drv file in lieu of
the midimap.dll file, that might resolve this issue.  Thanks.
