Flash Player settings file with GPU HW accell set tot disabled.

One may wish to use this file to test if disabling hardware graphics
acceleration for the flash player workarounds the problem. To use this file
place it to the "%USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash
Player\macromedia.com\support\flashplayer\sys\" directory under your wine
prefix.
