I extracted the manifest from uccapi.dll and i put it in messenger folder and
removed the dll.

Now It starts! BUT not usable. The tray icon works but the main window doesnt
pop up. CMD gives this:

Right clicking on the tray icon works so i click "Open Messenger" but every
time i get this:
