When i try to install Earth 2160 i get an error that my video card would not
support shader 3.0 and install does not start.

I have HD3400 and the card has shader support up to 4.1 but wine does not
recognise.

This is a but between fglrx and wine to deliver the right data i think.

PS: older wine ver did not work as well
