This actually brings up another point which wasn't too much of a pain until
now.
It is possible for duplicate reports to be submitted, hence the hundreds that
have been.

Would it be possible to assign a new test report a key, so that it can only be
submitted once?  A refresh tends to submit the same data twice resulting in a
duplicate test report.  If it's not a massive hassle, that is.
