I fully confirm this bug. Compiled/installed from source, the latest available
version, wine-1.1.38. The ~/.wine directory was empty. 32 bits system.
Installation of Power Point Viewer 2007 was succesfully completed (there were
just 13 "fixme" messages, but that's less than with previous versions of Wine).
When trying to execute, nothing happens, and the only message is that one
already mentioned by Alexandre:
fixme:heap:HeapSetInformation 0x110000 1 (nil) 0

 The mentioned trick of prefixing the command with LANG="" doesn't help.
 Since it has been reported that Power Point Viewer 2007 has already worked
with previous versions, this is a regression.
