Well I patched the tree and built it, but I don't really know how to tell what
its meant to be doing. 3dmark2001se now shows the video card as a HD4800
series. However the same missing-models problem occurs in the lobby demo.

So something being set in CARD_ATI_RADEON_9500 also needs to be set with
CARD_ATI_RADEON_HD4800
