i made an error

with linux picasa 3.0.0
i can't also take a snapshot from y webcam

wine uses xscanimage
xscanimage is no compliant with v4l2 webcam
xscanimage is unmaintained (answer from sane site)

it would be a good thing wine uses other software than xscanimage
