I downloaded the demo version of Blitz3d,
2c029b784929103474352b12ca34dccf129dcd00  Blitz3DDemo183.exe
installed and ran it, then clicked on Samples in the main window.
All that happened is the main window went blank, and the console showed

'winetricks ie6' works around this problem.
