Wine is wrong: tests with MIDIHDR show that dwBytesRecorded is the limit, not
BufferLength.  Obeying this limit should make the "ooch" and "Unknown"
disappear, Expect a patch RSN.

Now who's gonna write similar tests for WAVEHDR?

It's always good to retest in Wine -- and perform RegressionTesting. So many
things change.
