это проблема решается следующим бубном в Ubuntu 9.10:

В ярлыке запуска прописываем:
gksudo wine "/home/<user_name>/.wine/dosdevices/c:/Program Files/Adobe/Adobe
Photoshop CS2/Photoshop.exe"

И будет Вам счастье))) !!!
