Have now tested with git-head wine and fresh wine-prefix as well as fresh Steam
and Game-Reinstall. After all that, the problem is gone.

However, if I can get some more time, I will try to also test with my
Ubuntu-PPA-installed wine, as well as with 1.1.38 from git, and see if the
problem seems to have gone away with new git-version, or with just the
Steam/Game-reinstall.

Might be good to know for future reference.
