Console log trying to insert clipart in Word 2003 in 1.1.39

Attaching a log from trying to insert clipart in Word 2003, showing the attempt
to install the already-installed clip organizer. The log ends at the point
where the clip search pane is open (despite the installer saying it couldn't
install it). Tested in 1.1.39
