That's only for regressions.  I don't know that this is, or that this
application has ever worked with wine.  For the record, the first version of
wine I tested with was not 1.1.38, it was 1.1.32, and the bug was present there
as well.

This bug hasn't even been assigned yet.  As soon as it, they'll want to know if
the bug is still valid.  If you want to do something useful, download the Lite
version and confirm the bug.
