Can you please repeat with WINEDEBUG=+quartz,+qedit ? Or at least +qedit ?

I suspect the program does something wrong like setting an invalid format,
apparently a format which is not FORMAT_None or GUID_NULL but has no extra
format info either. In this case wine's quartz.dll aborts on that assertion.
