just mark this bug a dupe of 20935 because I put the info to work around this
7.2x.xxxx SecuROM deficiency there (poor handling of ioctl 2d0c04).

Bug 7065 is a meta bug that simply lived too long.
It should have died a long time ago after I worked out PEB/process flags and
heap flags (and MountedDevices registry hive) as major blockers.
