I've attached another log showing the user32.dll error that occurred on every
skipped commit: this exact error is the only reason I ever skipped.  It looked
to me like those errors had something to do with some transitional steps in the
16-bit/32-bit separation, and I wasn't sure of anything I could do to work
around it.
