So you can see this isn't limited to StarCraft.  I'm sure it will present in
every OpenGL app I try.  The issue is that you can't use GL_COMBINE_EXT with
the 128 driver because the r128 driver does not support
GL_ARB/EXT_texture_env_combine extension.
