It's still unconfirmed because the problem is not clear.

err:xrandr:X11DRV_XRandR_SetCurrentMode Resolution change not successful --
perhaps display has changed?

I don't know if that is related to the failing
IDirect3DDevice9Impl_CreateAdditionalSwapChain.

What happens if you run in a virtual desktop?
