Can't install what, the application?  If it's already installed and works in
one version of Wine, you don't need to reinstall it, just do the regression
test.

Did you remove your Z: drive?  Either put it back or install in a clean prefix.

cd to the install directory first and then run it, as per the Wine FAQ
