[Bug 21281] NHL 99 graphics are corrupted on Direct3D

I have runned 3DSetup.exe and pressed 14 times "OK" to confirm the warning,
before it allows to choice if I want to use Software Rendering or Direct3D.
Then I select D3D and run the game.
