You took the problem in the wrong way. Wine developpers uses Opengl to code.
They dont care about drivers. It is the job of drivers developpers to make
their code compliant with the Opengl spec.

So complain against drivers radeon developpers not against Wine developpers.

If you find a bug occuring with the opensource driver and not with the closed
source driver, write a test case showing the problem and report it to the open
source driver developpers. I am pretty sure they will be happy to fix the bug
in the driver.

Anyway, this bug is INVALID
