Glibc seems like a reasonable possiblity. F12 has glibc 2.11 and F11 had 2.10.
So seems like everyone is seeing it with the update to 2.11.

The glibc changelog for 2.11 shows " Checking version of longjmp added that
fails if an uninitialized stack
  frame would be created." which could be interesting if we can trace back to
where this is happening.

I'll try to downgrade glibc to 2.10 this week and see if I can confirm the
problem goes away.
